  1. The pharse that sound like a child would decribe is, i would fill jampot full of the jelly.
  2. The image appiles to a kid because it is like a jelly substance and children like jelly and it is talking about them filling jampotjars up with jelly.
  3. The onamatapea in the paragraph is were it speakes about on the shelves at school.
  4. The similey in the paragraph is were it say's of the frogspawn grew like clotted water.

  6. In the shade of the banks, warm think slobber, on the school shelves and wait for the bubbles to burst into little tagpoles.

lines 1-5:  They are all in this together (we) they are together, they will suffer together. safe the island is prepeared for the storm and the houses made squate and strong to last through the powerful storms. there is asoneses in the poem is a repertion on a vowel sound. the word wizened in line 3 can mean shriveled old and it can me wise and exsperianced. nothing grows on the island and the wizedn earth wil relate to that nothing can be lost nor the trees.   
line 1 there is an exsample of caesura its a delibrite pause at the end of line 1-2 there are embeakes e.g. commers and full stops. the rest of the verse uses enjambment 
the first 2 lines exsplain that they are prepearing for the storm and the rest of lines
is them being like they are acually in the strom.

seamus heaney digging

  1. Seamus Heaney is in his bedroom looking out the window watching his father.
  2. The sight of his farther digging reminds him of 20 years ago.
  3. He associates his grandfather in the poem aswell as his father.
  4. This accociates when he brought some milk back for his fater and he drank it all in one go and went stright back to digging.
  5. The skill he decides to use is to his pen and to use it to write.
